- Junior Private Family Solicitor role within a long-established Leeds family team
- Quality private family work with realistic targets and genuine development
- Top-of-market salary, strong wellbeing focus and long-term progression
This is a brilliant opportunity for a newly qualified Private Family Solicitor to join a highly respected family law team in Leeds with deep roots in the local market and an outstanding reputation for both client care and staff retention.
You’ll be joining a team that genuinely enjoys working together. There’s good-quality work to come into, plenty of support as you build your caseload, and a culture that values attitude, effort and collaboration over pure numbers. Targets matter, but they aren’t the be-all and end-all here - the focus is on developing good lawyers in a supportive, easy-going environment.
The role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants exposure to a broad range of private family work, is keen to get involved in business development over time, and wants to grow within a team where people tend to stay long term.
