A leading, forward-thinking legal and professional services firm is seeking a Real Estate Senior Associate to join its well-established and highly regarded Leeds team. This is a standout opportunity for an experienced commercial real estate solicitor to play a key role in a broad, high‑quality practice, with genuine scope for progression to Partner.

• Investment work:
  Assisting with the acquisition and disposal of investment properties across England and Wales, spanning sectors such as industrial and retail, alongside ongoing asset management work
• Development work:
  Supporting on acquisitions, site assembly, option agreements and easements, acting for both developers and owner‑occupiers, and liaising closely with planning and construction teams
• General commercial real estate:
  Managing a varied caseload and supporting the wider real estate unit on matters for retail clients, owners and commercial occupiers
• Corporate support:
  Providing real estate input on corporate transactions and complex commercial matters
• Telecoms:
  Supervising and supporting work relating to telecommunications infrastructure
• Business development:
  Actively contributing to new business initiatives and the continued growth of the team

You will be joining a Leeds‑based Real Estate team led by two highly experienced, hands‑on Partners who are committed to developing talent and supporting progression. The team advises on complex investment, development and asset management transactions across industrial, logistics and retail assets, including large‑scale portfolio acquisitions and disposals. You’ll work alongside experienced Associates, Solicitors and Paralegals in a collaborative, high‑performing environment that values practical, commercial advice.

• At least 4–5 years’ PQE in commercial real estate
• Strong technical ability with experience handling complex transactions
• Confident communicator, able to deliver clear, pragmatic advice to clients
• Ambitious and motivated, with a genuine desire to progress towards Partner
• Commercially minded with an interest in business development
• Collaborative, team‑oriented approach

• Competitive salary of £78,000 – £82,000, depending on experience
