This is a rare opportunity to work closely with major institutional clients on complex investment, development, and portfolio transactions, combining top-tier work with a collaborative and supportive environment.
What You'll Be DoingHandling high-quality transactional work: Advising on acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio management for a major institutional landlord client, supported by a dedicated delivery model designed for efficiency and client focus.
Managing varied and engaging matters: Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and ancillary documents, dealing with management applications, and supporting wider real estate transactions including funding, development, and joint ventures.
Collaborating within a national team: Working alongside highly regarded partners and associates across the UK, benefiting from shared knowledge, strong supervision, and leading use of legal technology and innovation.
Building deep client relationships: Acting as a key contact for a major long-term client, gaining unique exposure to strategic portfolio work and developing in-depth sector understanding.
Supporting innovation and continuous improvement: Contributing to process enhancement, knowledge sharing, and the use of cutting‑edge tools to deliver best‑in‑class client service.
About You- Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in commercial or transactional real estate
- Experience acting for institutional, investor, or developer clients preferred
- Confident managing your own caseload and liaising directly with clients
- Strong attention to detail with a practical, commercial approach
- Team‑focused, proactive, and committed to continuous development
- High‑quality, complex real estate transactions for blue‑chip and institutional clients
