With a well-established presence in Leeds and strong national reach, the firm’s corporate team acts for an impressive client base including large corporates, SMEs, owner‑managed businesses, investors, and the public sector.

You will play a key role in strengthening and expanding the Leeds corporate offering, advising on:

• M&A transactions
• Private equity and venture capital matters
• Shareholder agreements and joint ventures
• General corporate governance and advisory issues

• Established Corporate Solicitor (likely 8+ PQE) with solid transactional experience
