Residential Property Solicitor or (CILEX) – Up to £80,000 salary

This is a superb opportunity to join an established regional law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals across the UK. Due to the continued development and expansion of the firm’s Residential Conveyancing department, it is now seeking to appoint a Solicitor or Legal Executive to work alongside its existing team to assist in driving forward a progressive and varied legal practice.

The successful candidate will principally be involved in handling a mixed caseload of sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold from inception to completion. A fee‑earning solicitor or legal executive with a proven track record of managing their own caseload is preferred.

• Residential conveyancing fee earner with experience of managing own caseload
• Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise and manage a varied caseload
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent organisation and time‑management skills
• Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts

• Salary up to £80,000 depending on experience
• 33 days annual leave
