About the Firm/Role:
A well-established and respected regional law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their expanding Leeds office. Renowned for delivering high-quality commercial legal services, the firm advises a broad range of clients - including property investors, developers, retailers, and national businesses across a variety of sectors.

The Commercial Property team is highly regarded for handling a wide array of real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, lease negotiations, development projects, and portfolio management. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and supportive team where you will enjoy direct client contact and play a key role in managing transactions from instruction through to completion.

This role would suit a newly qualified solicitor or someone with up to 5 years' PQE who is looking to develop a long-term career in commercial property law within a forward-thinking and collaborative environment.

About You:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ - 5 years' PQE)
  • Solid understanding of commercial property law and real estate transactions
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload and build strong client relationships
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player
  • Experience in landlord and tenant matters, commercial leases, or acquisitions/disposals is advantageous
