Key Objectives & Responsibilities

  • Deliver bespoke insurance and risk management solutions tailored to complex client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring trust and confidence.
  • Spot opportunities to grow the portfolio through strategic cross‑selling and up‑selling.
  • Use insight and initiative to increase quote volumes and drive success.
  • Understand each client’s business, risks, and ambitions to provide advice that matters.

The Role

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Executive‑led Broking Team
, where building strong relationships and delivering exceptional results is at the heart of what we do. Based in our Leeds office
, with hybrid working options once you’re settled, this is your opportunity to work alongside senior leaders and contribute to a team that values expertise, fresh thinking, and a genuine commitment to clients.

About You
  • A strong background in commercial insurance
    , ideally with experience in mid‑market or corporate accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at senior levels.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and use initiative.
  • Drive and genuine passion to learn and develop within insurance.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, working closely with insurers and clients.
  • Knowledge of Acturis (desirable).
