We’re supporting a growing financial services organisation looking to bring in a Graduate Underwriter to join their insurance firm. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a collaborative and highly technical underwriting team, with hands‑on mentoring and long‑term career development built in.

• Assist in the daily underwriting and processing of commercial and residential insurance risks
• Review, summarise and prepare files for referral to senior underwriters
• Liaise with internal and external clients to resolve queries and provide outstanding customer service
• Ensure policy wordings and terms are correct, demonstrating a growing understanding of coverage
• Input and maintain accurate data across systems to reflect the current underwriting position
• Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and underwriting operations
• Build strong relationships with clients to maximise business retention and conversion

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Confident in using Microsoft Office and managing data accurately
