What You Will Do:

• Underwrite new business and renewals for Commercial Insurance risks, ensuring the best possible terms for clients.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to manage seamless transitions through changes and the renewals process.
• Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance your underwriting skills, supported by structured training and coaching.
• Build and maintain external relationships with Insurers to negotiate favourable terms.
• Uphold strict compliance standards across all activities.
• Deliver first-class service to all stakeholders, contributing positively to team dynamics.

Who They Are Looking For:

• Experience: We are keen to speak with diligent individuals who have a background in administration and are looking to forge a career in insurance underwriting. While experience in insurance products is advantageous, it is not essential.
