Do you have experience working in the Insurance industry? This is an exciting opportunity for you as an Insurance Account Handler within our friendly team based in Leeds
.

As an Insurance Account Handler you will work Monday to Friday (no weekends) and earn a basic salary relative to your experience plus a generous bonus structure. You’ll also benefit from all the perks of working with the UK’s largest independent Insurance Brokers.

What does the role involve?

• Support a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact.
• Build strong relationships and resolve client queries.
• Deliver excellent customer service and relationship‑building.

What are we looking for in our Account Handlers?

• Some experience in the Insurance Industry is essential.
• Proactiveness, initiative and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Willingness to learn and be curious.
• Experience in customer service – confident on the phone and face‑to‑face.
• Team player, positive outlook, engaging and resilient.
• Integrity and honesty.
