Kirtana consulting is looking for Oracle HCM modules EBS Techno-Functional Consultant for 6months rolling contract in Leeds.
Job DescriptionRole
Title:
EBS Techno-Functional Consultant
- Implement and configure Oracle HCM modules Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, Recruitment, OTM, OLC based on business requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and document HR processes to translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Support integrations and data migration between Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems.
- Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshoot issues, run testing cycles SITUAT, and ensure system stability.
- Lead enhancements, updates, and quarterly releases, ensure defect resolution, stabilization, and BAU support.
