Remote, Leeds-based Office, Outside IR35, £300 Day Rate

This contract offers the chance to shape the digital experience for a fast‑growing ecommerce platform in the health and wellbeing space. You will join a collaborative product team and play a key role in optimising user journeys across a high‑traffic online environment.

They are a well‑established online retailer within the healthcare sector, offering a broad range of consumer products and prescription services. The organisation continues to expand its digital capabilities and aims to create seamless, intuitive experiences for users across multiple categories, including health, wellbeing and pet care. With a strong customer base and a clear product vision, they are investing in UX to enhance conversion and engagement.

• Lead UX design activity for key ecommerce journeys, ensuring clarity, usability and consistency.
• Create wireframes, prototypes and user flows using established design tools.
• Collaborate closely with product and design stakeholders to refine requirements.
• Support ongoing optimisation of user journeys across desktop and mobile experiences.
• Produce clear design documentation that aligns with brand and accessibility guidelines.

• Strong experience designing intuitive UX solutions within ecommerce or similar user‑centric digital environments.
• Confident using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite throughout the design process.
• Comfortable working with existing design systems and contributing to improvements.
• Skilled at translating business goals into pragmatic and user‑focused design decisions.
• Able to work autonomously in a fast‑moving environment with tight timelines.
