The role involves collaborating closely with paid media, content, social, digital PR and web development teams to develop and execute SEO strategies that deliver measurable results.

SEO Strategist – Contract / Permanent – Leeds, Digital.

• Developing and implementing SEO strategies with a clear focus on client KPIs
• Conducting topical research and working with content teams to create search‑friendly content
• Monitoring, analysing and reporting on SEO performance using tools like Sistrix, GA4, AHREFS and Looker Studio
• Conducting technical SEO audits and working with internal/external teams to implement improvements
• Performing competitor and SERP analysis to identify opportunities
• Optimising Google Business Profiles and Merchant Feeds
• Keeping up‑to‑date with industry trends, tools, and algorithm updates
• Contributing to the development of business processes and sharing expertise across the team

• 3+ years’ experience in SEO, ideally in an agency setting
• Strong knowledge of technical, on‑page and off‑page SEO
• Experience with ecommerce, informational and B2B clients
• Excellent analytical, reporting and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable using and evaluating SEO tools and software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Confident communication skills, including presenting to clients
• Strong time‑management and planning skills
