Business Analyst

My client is a high-growth UK ecommerce retailer that delivered over 50% year-on-year revenue growth last year and continues to invest heavily in operational scale, systems maturity and platform capability. Following a significant expansion phase, including the opening of a major new warehouse facility, the business is now focused on strengthening internal ERP and process design to support continued growth.

(It is essential you've worked with ERP (ideally Net Suite to be considered for this role)

You’ll lead functional discovery across Finance, Operations, Ecommerce, Marketing and Customer Services, designing scalable end-to-end processes within Net Suite and shaping the ERP roadmap.

• Lead functional discovery and end-to-end process definition
• Translate business needs into clear, structured functional specifications
• Shape and prioritise the ERP functional backlog
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and ERP engineering
• Provide functional input into integrations across ecommerce, WMS, CRM and BI

• Strong functional Net Suite ERP experience
• Ideal candidate will have worked in high scale ecommerce environments previously
• ERP process design across finance and supply chain
• Experience working alongside in-house developers
