SAP Security Consultant

As an SAP Security Consultant, you will:

• Act as a subject matter within the platform security team
• Assist in SAP Security Design:
  Support the configuration and maintenance of SAP security roles and authorisations.
• Work with SAP GRC Modules:
  Help manage Access Request Management (ARM), Access Risk Analysis (ARA), and Emergency Access Management (EAM).
• Ensure Compliance:
  Contribute to maintaining Segregation of Duties (SoD) and sensitive access controls.
• Provisioning & Access Reviews:
  Support user provisioning workflows and periodic access reviews.
• Collaborate Across Teams:
  Work closely with senior consultants, IT, and business teams to deliver secure solutions.
• Documentation & Support:
  Prepare documentation and assist in resolving SAP security-related issues.
• Continuous Learning:
  Stay updated on SAP security best practices and emerging technologies.

• Understanding of SAP Security fundamentals and role-based access controls.
• Practical experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA Roles & Authorisations, and confidence working hands on with role design and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with SAP GRC 12.0 Access Controls, especially around technical setup and day to day use.
• A good understanding of SAP BTP authorisation concepts, and how to build secure, scalable access in a cloud environment.
• Experience with SAP cloud products like Success Factors, Concur, or Ariba.
• A solid awareness of audit and control practices, and the ability to help keep our security processes tight and compliant.
• Exposure to SAP GRC modules (ARM, ARA, EAM) is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• At least 3 years of experience in SAP security or related IT roles.
• Willingness to learn and work towards SAP Security or GRC certification.
