SAP Manager – Finance, Procurement & Projects

Duties of the SAP Manager – Finance, Procurement & Projects include:

You’ll play a strategic leadership role, overseeing the design, integration, and continuous enhancement of SAP solutions across finance, supply chain, and project delivery. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll ensure that systems are aligned to business objectives, regulatory requirements, and SAP best practice—driving operational efficiency, strong governance, and confident decision making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery, optimisation, and ongoing support of SAP FICO, SD, MM, Cash & Banking, and Tax modules.
• Oversee the integration and performance of SAP Project Systems (PS) and PPM across major transformation programmes.
• Manage the implementation and support of SAP Concur, SAC Planning, and Ariba solutions to strengthen end to end process capability.
• Drive continuous improvement, process automation, and innovation across finance and procurement functions.
• Ensure alignment with business strategy while upholding compliance, data quality, and system integrity.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SAP specialists, promoting collaboration and capability growth.
• Act as a key link between the business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and effective solution delivery.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven expertise across SAP FICO, SD, MM, and Cash & Banking.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PS and PPM, including how they integrate with finance and procurement processes.
• Handson experience with SAP Concur, SAC Planning, and Ariba solutions.
• A confident leader with demonstrated team management and capability building experience.
• The ability to interpret complex business requirements and design scalable, effective SAP solutions.
• Experience working within regulated, transformation focused environments.
