This role is suited to someone who thrives on ownership. You will lead integration heavy projects from discovery through to launch, working across ecommerce journeys, logged in experiences, CMS builds and content rich website rebuilds. You will operate at the centre of delivery, aligning clients, technical teams and commercial priorities to ensure projects land successfully.
You will join a collaborative, values driven environment that places a strong emphasis on quality, accountability and long-term development.What you will be doingAs a Senior Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for end-to-end delivery across multiple work streams, ensuring clarity, control and commercial rigour throughout.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading projects from discovery and definition through to launch and handover
Creating and maintaining detailed delivery plans, timelines and governance documentation - Managing scope, budgets, forecasting and change control with clear commercial oversight
- Coordinating cross functional teams including developers, designers, content specialists and third-party partners
- Working closely with technical leads to shape delivery approaches and manage dependencies
- Owning RAID management, reporting and stakeholder communications
- Producing clear status updates tailored to different audiences
- Monitoring account health including margin, budget burn and invoicing milestones
- Preparing estimates for new work and additional requirements
- Ensuring quality assurance, testing coordination and smooth client handover post launch
- Supporting and mentoring more junior project management team members
- Proven experience leading complex digital projects from discovery to launch
- Experience delivering integration focused platforms, ecommerce or payment journeys and CMS driven websites
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Solid commercial awareness including budgeting, forecasting and change control
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
- Background in a digital agency or client services environment
- Experience working with large content estates or complex content migrations
- Exposure to governance frameworks and structured delivery methodologies
