As our new User Experience Designer
, you’ll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. You’ll develop your user interface design; user experience design; and user research skills; with the support of our friendly and experienced team. Digital accessibility and design system knowledge are valued by us, as we look to create cohesive and accessible experiences.

• Hybrid working (we’re in the office 2 days per week)

• You’ll have a user-centred design approach and, by putting the user first, you'll help the team to meet business needs.
• You’ll have a relevant qualification or experience, and a strong desire to develop your UX design skills in order to create effective solutions.
• You’ll have examples of previous design work that you’ve completed.
