Senior Test Analyst

Reporting to our Test Lead, you'll step into the role of Senior Test Analyst and take full ownership of quality within our product squads. You'll help shape the way we approach testing and see the impact of your work land directly with customers.

You'll have plenty of opportunities to learn and grow, with real responsibility from day one, supported training, and clear career progression. You'll also work with modern tools like Jira, Qmetry, Postman, Browser Stack, and cloud platforms, all within a collaborative, values‑driven culture.

You'll also:

• Take ownership of scoping and estimating testing effort, including Jira ticket estimation
• Create high‑quality test artefacts — test scripts, results, plans, and closure reports
• Work closely with software engineers, pairing when helpful to test alongside development
• Coach and mentor colleagues, and support business users during front‑end testing

You’ll have a strong understanding of testing best practices and good knowledge of project methodologies from working in both Agile and Waterfall environments. You’ll feel confident using Jira for story management, test estimation, and defect tracking. Ideally, you’ll also hold an ISEB/ISTQB Foundation Certificate in software testing.

You’ll thrive here if you’re adaptable, enjoy problem‑solving, and can handle changing priorities with ease.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• Exposure to Qmetry or similar tools for test execution, coverage, and traceability
• Used Browser Stack or similar platforms for cross‑browser/device testing
• Used Postman or similar tools for API testing
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
