Are you ready to shape the future of data engineering? We are seeking a talented Data Engineer to help build and evolve a cutting-edge data function, designing and implementing data solutions that power strategic growth and drive real business impact.
In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative, agile environment where curiosity, innovation, and outcomes matter more than process. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams including data engineers, analysts, product managers, and architects to design highly performant, resilient, and automated data pipelines that transform data into actionable insights.
What You’ll Do- Develop and maintain scalable data infrastructure, cloud‑native workflows, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Transform, model, and organize data from diverse sources for reporting, analytics, and insights.
- Identify data quality issues, optimize system performance, and refine processes for reliability and scalability.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve pipeline failures and platform issues, including on‑call support when required.
- Prototype analytical tools, algorithms, and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams globally to deliver robust, scalable data solutions.
- Create and maintain clear documentation of configurations, specifications, test scripts, and projects.
- Contribute to agile processes, continuous improvement initiatives, and engineering best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience with SQL (Oracle, Postgre
SQL, etc.). - 2–4 years of experience with Java or Groovy.
- 2+ years of experience with orchestration and ingestion tools (Airflow, Air Byte, etc.).
- 2+ years of experience interacting with web service APIs (SOAP, REST).
- Experience with cloud data warehousing and ELT/ETL solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, DBT) is a plus.
