Role Title - .NET Developer

Active SC/SC Eligible Resource for the Role

• Providing 24/7 L3 support, including on-call duties, with coverage for out-of-hours, weekends, and public holidays.
• Analysing, designing, and implementing robust solutions to complex problems.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design suitable solutions.
• Conducting code reviews and offering feedback.
• Communicating risks and impacts to stakeholders effectively.
• Ensuring the security and integrity of solutions.
• Continuously improving technical knowledge and skills by staying updated with industry trends.
• Managing incidents, root causes, resolutions, and implementing improvement actions.
• Perform Incident management in terms of Major/Minor Incidents, Root Causes, Resolutions, Improvement actions/Problems management, Knowledge management.

• Experience with .NET, Dev Ops pipelines, MS SQL, Grafana.
