About this opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join Network Services during a transformative period for Networks, all while working in an inclusive, collaborative team that values your growth and ideas.

Join us as an Integrator in our Network Services Lab (which is part of the Core Infrastructure platform) – a place where modern technology, strategic influence, and meaningful impact come together. Our mission is to provide network services that are always on, secure and ready for tomorrow. As an Integrator, you'll play a pivotal role at the heart of modern enterprise Network infrastructure Services, including advanced networks products supporting suites of enterprise IT Business applications, helping us design, deliver, and evolve next generation network capabilities that power the entire organisation.

From pioneering the new Lloyds Data Centre Network to driving the rollout of software defined networking, this is a unique opportunity to work across one of the most forward looking infrastructure estates in the UK. If you thrive on collaboration, problem solving, and shaping the future, we'd love to have you with us.

What you'll do

As an Integrator, you’ll become a trusted advisor and delivery catalyst across our Network Services Lab:

  • Shape and sequence integration activities in partnership with Product Owners – keeping work aligned to the Lab backlog
  • Manage cross-team dependencies to ensure seamless, coordinated delivery
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the platform, Risk, and the wider Group
  • Act as the key interface between third‑party suppliers and internal teams
  • Lead complex, high‑risk implementation events – ensuring safe, structured delivery across shared infrastructure
  • Drive the Service Introduction process, unblocking issues and enabling change to land effectively
  • Use insights and analysis to support senior decision‑making and shape the platform’s strategic direction
  • Lead key meetings, providing clarity, challenge and transparency
  • Contribute to platform‑wide initiatives – bringing structure and delivery focus where it’s needed most
