Job Title: Senior UX Researcher / User Researcher
Location: Leeds (Hybrid - 1 day per week on-site)
Rate: £500 / day (Outside IR35)
Length: Initial 3 months

An experienced Senior UX Researcher / User Researcher is required for a contract role within a large-scale, technology-driven organisation undergoing complex change and transformation. This engagement focuses on shaping and improving user‑centred digital services across multiple user groups, including customers, stakeholders, and internal teams. The role will lead on planning, designing, and delivering high‑quality user research to inform service design and product development decisions within an agile environment.

• Lead on end-to-end user research across discovery, alpha, beta, and live phases
• Plan, design, and deliver qualitative and quantitative research activities
• Translate user insights into clear, actionable recommendations
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and delivery teams
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders using evidence‑led research
• Act as an advocate for user‑centred design and research best practice

• Proven experience as a UX Researcher or User Researcher
• Background working on customer or user‑facing digital services
• Experience supporting complex change or transformation programmes
• Strong understanding of agile delivery environments
• Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
