We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform Developer to join a newly established Power Platform function within a growing organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a greenfield environment, helping to define best practice and shape platform standards from the ground up. You will work as part of a small, collaborative team delivering scalable, process‐driven solutions across Dynamics 365 CRM and the wider Power Platform ecosystem.

The role offers strong development exposure, including building and enhancing model‑driven and canvas apps, developing automated workflows, and contributing to intelligent automation initiatives using Copilot Studio and emerging AI capabilities.

• Build, configure and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
• Develop model‑driven and canvas Power Apps
• Create and maintain Power Automate flows (approvals, integrations, automated processes)
• Support the development of AI‑driven and agentic automation capabilities
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
• Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders and change teams
• Contribute to platform standards and development best practice
• You will engage with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, requiring strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Proven hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM
• Strong Power Platform development experience (Power Apps & Power Automate)
• Understanding of workflow design, automation concepts and business process modelling
• Working knowledge of C#, JavaScript, Dataverse and/or Microsoft cloud technologies
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications
• Experience with in financial services or regulated environments
• Exposure to Dynamics 365 Copilot and AI‑enhanced CRM capabilities
