Here at Burendo we are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about Technical Service Support. You'll have a technical background and you'll put that to good use during service outages to support the recovery of services through incident and problem management, ensuring our colleagues and customers receive the most reliable service possible. If you enjoy working in a collaborative and innovative environment, you will find this an incredibly rewarding role.

This role requires you to have current and active SC Clearance and be on an on-call rota.
