You’ll lead a small team of talented Business Partners, shaping how audience insight drives strategy across streaming and social products.

• Strategic Influence
  :
  Partner directly with senior product and streaming leaders, turning complex audience data into clear, actionable insight.
• Product & Digital Focus
  :
  Guide the evolution of a fast-growing streaming platform, helping define new KPIs and success metrics as customer behaviour changes.
• Leadership
  :
  Coach and develop a team of four Business Partners, building their business-partnering capability and embedding insight across the organisation.
• Cross-Functional Impact
  :
  Collaborate with specialist analytics, research and data teams to deliver high-quality, decision-ready projects.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong background in digital product or streaming environments, with an agile, commercial mindset.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams
  , ideally in an insight, analytics, or product-focused setting.
• The confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders
  , asking the right questions to get to the heart of a brief.
• Broad understanding of audience data, research, and analytics
  —you won’t be hands-on coding, but you’ll know how to direct technical experts.
