The ideal candidate will have experience of full end to end Cutover Management. This can be of any ERP but must be large scale ensuring successful and completed migration.

This is a 6
-12 month contract outside IR35. You must be able to spend time in Leeds weekly and ideally live locally.

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing cutover through to go live.

We are seeking an experienced Cutover Project Manager to lead and execute the critical cutover phase of our clients ERP system implementation. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of a high-impact initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the cutover strategy, plan, and schedule, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines.
• Coordinate and oversee all cutover activities, including data migration, system readiness, and operational handover.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders, to ensure a smooth transition.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the cutover process, implementing contingency plans as needed.
• Conduct readiness assessments and ensure all stakeholders are prepared for go-live.
• Provide clear communication and updates to senior leadership and project teams throughout the cutover phase.
• Lead post-cutover reviews to capture lessons learned and ensure continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in managing cutover phases of large-scale projects in ERP
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering on time and within budget.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL is highly desirable.
