Head of Presales - Central Government & Defence  are looking for an exceptional Head of Presales to lead our Central Government & Defence Customer Solutions team and shape the next generation of digital and data solutions for UK Central Government and Defence. This is a high‑impact leadership role at the heart of our mission to help public sector organisations deliver better outcomes for citizens.

In this role, you will define and craft compelling solutions across key areas including:

• AI Enablement & Data Solutions
• Legacy IT & Systems Modernisation
• Intelligent Digital Services
• Managed Services

You'll engage confidently and passionately with customers and partners, building trust, credibility, and long‑term advocacy. As a recognised thought‑leader in digital or data solutions, you'll be comfortable sharing insights through social channels, industry events, and strategic conversations with senior stakeholders.

• Lead the technical presales aspects for UK Central Government or Defence, with a proven track record in shaping and guiding solutions.
• Work with technology partners to create joint value propositions and win bids.
• Apply knowledge of UK Public Sector procurement and the development and support of bespoke digital solutions.
• Be energetic, customer‑focused, and able to build trust and advocacy quickly.
• Be creative, detail‑driven, and skilled at uncovering and clarifying customer needs.
• Translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences; strong communication and presentation skills.
• Facilitate with outstanding stakeholder and relationship‑management abilities.
• Be adaptable, organised, and confident working in fast‑changing environments.
• Willing to travel across the UK and able to obtain (or already hold) SC clearance.

• Experienced in presales leadership with a proven track record of shaping and leading the technical aspects of digital and data solutions for UK Central Government or Defence.
• Experience of working with technology partners to create joint value propositions and winning bids.
• Knowledge and experience of UK Public Sector procurement and the development and support of bespoke digital solutions.
• Energetic, customer‑focused, and able to build trust and advocacy quickly.
• Creative, detail‑driven, and skilled at uncovering and clarifying customer needs.
• Strong communicator and presenter, able to translate technical concepts for any audience.
• Excellent facilitator with outstanding stakeholder and relationship‑management skills.
• Adaptable, organised, and confident working in fast‑changing environments.
• Willing to travel across the UK and able to obtain (or already holding) SC clearance.
