Role Purpose:
As a Senior Professional (P3), you aren't just making things look good; you are the architect of system logic. - Interface Strategy: Translate complex user needs into actionable features and functionality for both web and mobile environments.
- Architecture & Documentation: Develop comprehensive process flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to communicate high-level design strategies to stakeholders.
- Project Leadership: Work independently with limited supervision to manage design processes and solve difficult, complex UX problems.
- Mentorship: Act as a technical lead by coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level design professionals to ensure quality and consistency.
Technical Toolset & Mastery:
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate advanced proficiency in the following:
- Creative Suite: Expert use of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design for high-fidelity assets.
- Prototyping & Flow: Advanced skills in Visio and Fireworks for mapping system architecture and user flows.
- Documentation: Ability to use technical design tools to conceptualize strategies that align with engineering and architecture constraints.
Candidate Requirements:
- Professional Level: Senior Professional (P3) status, typically requiring advanced education and significant hands-on work experience in UX/UE.
