- Previous IT support experience in a law firm
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows skills
- Knowledge of Net Documents or iManage
- Experience with iPhone support and MDM tools (e.g. Intune)
- Familiarity with video conferencing systems (Cisco, Neat, or Poly)
- Good communication skills and an eye for incident resolution and security escalation
