Base pay range
£30k - £37k.
The roleAs an IT Technician we work alongside the Network Manager and IT Leads to provide comprehensive IT support across four schools. You’ll maintain technology, including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, JAMF School, Apple devices, Chromebooks, Windows and Mac environments, ensuring smooth operation for staff and students.
This is a customer‑facing role, collaborating with end‑users to keep the IT function running and support continuous learning.
Responsibilities- Support of 1:1 student iPads
- User management with Active Directory
- Mobile device management with JAMF
- Support of Windows and Mac environments
- 1st & 2nd line support across the schools
Previous industry experience in IT, exceptional customer service skills, and familiarity with user management and end‑user support are required. Experience working in education is advantageous but not mandatory.
