Senior Change Lead - Contract Opportunity

Overview

A high‑impact Senior Change Lead is required to support major transformation programmes. You will work across fast‑paced, multi‑location technology teams and own core change activities end‑to‑end ensuring clarity, alignment, and tangible delivery across key strategic initiatives.

Key Information

Location:

West Yorkshire - occasional visits will be needed into the office (unable to consider candidates only wanting fully remote roles)

Rate: £550 per day (Outside IR35)

Contract Length: 6 months

Start Date:

ASAP (end of month / early next month)

Role Summary

You will lead change management activities across one or more major programmes (AI Enablement, Product/Ways of Working, Operating Model changes). This includes developing change plans, conducting impact assessments, aligning stakeholders, building comms/training approaches, and driving adoption across geographically distributed teams. The environment values practicality over theory, you'll be expected to deliver tangible progress and outcomes quickly.

Key Responsibilities

Produce structured change plans, roadmaps, and adoption strategies.
Run change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness planning.
Build and execute comms and training plans, working with HR/L&D where needed.
Engage senior stakeholders across tech, product, engineering, and delivery.
Support the creation of a broader change community within the Office of the CTO.
Deliver pragmatic, visible outputs without over‑engineering methodology.

Experience Needed

Strong background delivering business/organisational change in fast‑paced, digital/tech‑centric environments.
Demonstrable experience working across multi‑location or global teams.
Hands‑on practitioner skills: CIAs, comms, training, adoption, benefits.
Ability to simplify ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and drive outcomes erience with AI, product models, agile, tribes/squads is a nice‑to‑have, not essential.
