Digital Project Manager

The Role

This is a client-facing Digital Project Manager role within a highly visible and important delivery team. Project Managers sit at the heart of the business, owning delivery, client relationships, and outcomes across a wide range of digital projects.

The team manages complex, varied work. From ongoing feature development for existing clients through to new initiatives. So this role suits someone comfortable handling ambiguity, multiple stakeholders, and different delivery styles. It’s not a role for everyone, but for the right person it offers real ownership, influence, and long-term opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, owning communication and expectations
• Managing complex digital projects across multiple work streams and skill sets
• Working closely with developers and delivery teams, with a strong understanding of delivery processes
• Balancing ongoing work for existing features with new initiatives
• Ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard, with a strong focus on customer service
• Representing delivery confidently within a highly visible PM function
