Digital Marketing Manager; Paid Media Focus

About the role…

As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll join the digital team to drive paid-media-led growth, taking full ownership of paid search and PPC performance, alongside paid social. This is a genuinely hands-on role, where you’ll be in-platform daily activating, testing and optimising campaigns rather than managing them at arm’s length through an agency.

• Owning end-to-end PPC and paid search activity
• Managing and optimising paid social campaigns
• Supporting the development of affiliate marketing
• Analysing performance against ROAS and commercial KPIs, using insight to continuously improve results

This role would suit a performance-driven paid media specialist who enjoys being close to the detail, thrives in a fast-moving retail environment, and wants genuine ownership of growth channels.

• Proven experience running PPC / paid search and paid social campaigns in-house
• Confident working directly in Google Ads and paid media platforms
• Strong analytical mindset with experience optimising budgets and performance
• Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on activation
