Role overview

Brio Digital are supporitng a consultancy partner who are seeking an experienced Supplier / Delivery Manager to support a major NHS programme.

Location: Leeds (situational / on-site as required)

Sector: NHS / Public Sector

Experience:
Must have NHS experience

This role combines supplier management, delivery oversight, governance, and stakeholder coordination across a complex NHS environment.

The role is responsible for ensuring strong performance, value for money, and effective delivery from IT suppliers

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee IT supplier relationships
    , ensuring contractual obligations, service levels, and performance targets are met
  • Lead delivery activities related to risk calculation services
  • Establish and maintain clear governance frameworks
    , ensuring delivery progress is transparent and aligned to agreed objectives and key results (OKRs)
  • Act as a central point of coordination between Primary Care, commercial, legal, and delivery teams
    , ensuring alignment and shared understanding
  • Chair and facilitate regular supplier and stakeholder forums to review performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, supporting timely resolution and escalation where required
  • Ensure compliance with NHS policies and regulations, including procurement, data protection, and risk management standards
  • Provide clear reporting and assurance to senior stakeholders on delivery progress and supplier performance

  • Joined-up working across NHS England teams and Primary Care stakeholders
  • Reduced delivery risk and accelerated timelines
  • Improved visibility of supplier performance and delivery outcomes
  • Proven NHS experience (national, regional, or primary care environments)
  • Strong background in supplier management, delivery management, or service management
  • Experience working with IT suppliers or primary care digital services
  • Excellent stakeholder management across clinical, technical, and commercial teams
  • Comfortable operating in complex, multi-stakeholder NHS programmes
