Brio Digital are supporitng a consultancy partner who are seeking an experienced Supplier / Delivery Manager to support a major NHS programme.

This role combines supplier management, delivery oversight, governance, and stakeholder coordination across a complex NHS environment.
The role is responsible for ensuring strong performance, value for money, and effective delivery from IT suppliers

Key responsibilities
- Manage and oversee IT supplier relationships
, ensuring contractual obligations, service levels, and performance targets are met - Lead delivery activities related to risk calculation services
- Establish and maintain clear governance frameworks
, ensuring delivery progress is transparent and aligned to agreed objectives and key results (OKRs) - Act as a central point of coordination between Primary Care, commercial, legal, and delivery teams
, ensuring alignment and shared understanding - Chair and facilitate regular supplier and stakeholder forums to review performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, supporting timely resolution and escalation where required
- Ensure compliance with NHS policies and regulations, including procurement, data protection, and risk management standards
- Provide clear reporting and assurance to senior stakeholders on delivery progress and supplier performance
What success looks like
- Strong, collaborative supplier relationships delivering consistent value and performance
- Joined-up working across NHS England teams and Primary Care stakeholders
- Reduced delivery risk and accelerated timelines
- Improved visibility of supplier performance and delivery outcomes
- Proven NHS experience (national, regional, or primary care environments)
- Strong background in supplier management, delivery management, or service management
- Experience working with IT suppliers or primary care digital services
- Excellent stakeholder management across clinical, technical, and commercial teams
- Comfortable operating in complex, multi-stakeholder NHS programmes
