The Digital Marketing Executive supports the delivery of the firm’s digital marketing strategy, helping to enhance its online presence, engage target audiences, and support business development goals. This hands-on role involves content creation, campaign execution, and performance tracking across digital channels. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, the Executive ensures that all digital activity reflects the firm’s brand, values, and expertise in the IP legal sector.

Content Creation & Management

  • Create and publish engaging content for the firm’s website, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Assist in developing visual and written assets that align with brand guidelines.

Social Media

  • Support the day-to-day management of social media channels (e.g., Linked In, X).
  • Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and contribute to content planning.

Website & SEO

  • Update website content and assist with SEO optimisation efforts.
  • Monitor site performance and user experience, flagging issues and opportunities.

Email Marketing

  • Build and send email campaigns using marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Hub Spot).
  • Maintain mailing lists and support segmentation and targeting strategies.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Linked In Insights.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Work with colleagues across marketing, BD, and legal teams to support digital initiatives.
  • Assist with the coordination of webinars, online events, and digital sponsor ships.

Essential Experience & Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification or experience in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
