Project Coordinator / PMO Analyst (MSP / Professional Services)
Location: Leeds / Halifax, West Yorkshire (Hybrid – ideally 2 days per week on-site)
Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 (DOE) + benefits
Type: Permanent
A growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) is looking to hire a Project Coordinator / PMO Analyst to sit at the heart of their Professional Services function. This is a key hire to support a busy project environment, helping to keep delivery running smoothly across multiple customer engagements.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced MSP/consultancy setting, enjoys variety, and wants to develop into a longer‑term career path across Project Management, PMO, or Business Analysis

You’ll act as the link between Project Managers, Presales, Technical Consultants/Architects and customers
, helping to coordinate projects, manage tickets and requests, and bring structure to the end‑to‑end delivery process.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Supporting multiple customer projects simultaneously in a client‑facing environment
- Coordinating resources, scheduling workshops/calls, and managing actions and follow‑ups
- Owning internal tickets and requests to help remove bottlenecks and speed up delivery
- Supporting tenders/proposals by gathering information and coordinating inputs from internal teams
- Assisting with project governance: reporting, process improvement, documentation, and tracking
- Professional services support tasks such as booking travel, managing expenses, and organising workshops/events
- Working closely with PMs and delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers and communication
This role suits someone who is more than just admin support — you’ll be proactive, organised, and confident communicating with internal teams and customers.
Key experience:
- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator / PMO / Project Support role (ideally within an MSP, consultancy, or IT services environment)
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and working in a fast‑moving delivery team
- Strong communication skills and confidence joining customer calls
- Able to ask the right questions, gather requirements, and think beyond what’s immediately in front of you
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow‑through
Nice to have:
- Exposure to IT infrastructure / cloud projects (Azure, Modern Workplace, Networks, etc.)
- Experience supporting tender/proposal processes
- An interest in progressing into Project Management or Business Analysis
- A central role in a growing MSP where you’ll have visibility across projects and customers
- Clear progression opportunities as the delivery function scales
- A varied role combining coordination, governance, stakeholder management and process improvement
