About the RoleDo you have a natural passion for IT and want to start your career fakta, we offer a Level 3 IT Support Technician Apprenticeship on the Service Desk team, based at our head office in Gateshead.
Responsibilities- Provide 1st line support for the Service Desk.
- Work on support tickets and provide project support to senior engineers.
- Assist in setting up desktops and laptops.
- Handle ticket queries including password resets, new user requests, and fault logging.
- Assist with infrastructure refreshes.
- Telephony rollouts.
- Provide first‑point‑of‑contact support to customers via phone, email, and the portal.
- Liaise with internal customers to ensure services are delivered.
- Work with SLAs to deliver efficient resolutions towards first‑time fix rates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary£17,000 per annum
Start DateMarch 2026
Location & Working ArrangementsBased at Aspire’s Leeds office with travel as required.
Hours of WorkFull time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
