Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in an office site
Join the Identity and Access Management lab in the Chief Security Office as a Support Engineer for Oracle Identity Manager and SailPoint platforms. This role offers the opportunity to work on the Group IGA tooling in a collaborative and inclusive environment. You'll join a motivated team that strives to deliver outstanding IAM solutions.
What you’ll do- Provide operational support and maintenance for Oracle Identity Manager and SailPoint Identity
IQ platforms. - Address and resolve identity lifecycle issues, access provisioning failures, and integration errors across a diverse range of IAM systems and platforms.
- Monitor system health, performance, and logs to proactively identify and address potential issues, and working towards a root cause solution.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and application teams to ensure seamless identity governance and compliance.
- Be involved in processes concerning organisational transformations, such as testing, documenting, and coordinating change schedules with other teams.
- Maintain user documentation and knowledge base articles to support operational excellence and information dissemination.
- Ensure alignment with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements in all IAM activities.
- Good experience in OIM is mandatory.
- Proven experience supporting Oracle Identity Manager and / or SailPoint Identity
IQ in an enterprise environment. - Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access certification, and role-based access control.
- Experience with directory services (LDAP, Active Directory) and identity protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
- Ability to analyse logs, debug issues, and perform root cause analysis.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement and operational resilience.
- Collaboration and communication skills, with a demeanour geared towards achieving common goals and a passion for secure engineering.
- Experience with integrating cloud applications (e.g., Azure AD, Workday, Service Now) into IAM platforms.
- A background in data analysis with experience of SQL to extract and interpret data.
- Exposure to Oracle Identity Manager customization (event handlers, adapters, scheduled tasks).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems (e.g., Service Now).
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR) and their impact on identity governance.
- Understanding of Active Directory Federation, LDAP, OAuth, SAML, Cyber Ark.
