Senior IT Delivery Consultant

You’ll work across software, data, cloud, cyber and digital roles, delivering permanent and contract hires. You’ll run the full process: mapping, sourcing, qualification, shortlisting, process control, offer management and onboarding.

You’ll join a business with established accounts, repeat work and a senior team who value delivery as a core function, not an afterthought.

• 3 to 5 years IT delivery experience
• Contract experience useful but not essential
• Clear, structured delivery approach
• Strong process discipline and stakeholder confidence
• Ability to operate at pace with accuracy

• 10% on all billings
• 15% above target (first year target set sensibly)
• No BD expectations
• Long‑standing accounts and active roles from day one
• Clear path to a Head of Delivery role as the function scales
• Hybrid: 2 to 3 days per week in Leeds
