, is designed to give you real responsibility from day one, alongside hands‑on experience, structured training and ongoing support.
You’ll join our Data and Analytics teams, working on real business challenges while developing specialist technical expertise and the softer skills needed to thrive in an analytics career. This programme offers exposure across multiple business areas, giving you a strong understanding of how data drives decision‑making in a fast‑paced, commercial environment.
You’ll be based at our Morley Head Office in Leeds, working in a hybrid pattern, and will need to live within an hour’s commutable distance to make it work. Salary up to £27,000.

This is a permanent, full‑time role and an excellent launchpad for a long term career in Data and Analytics at EVRi.
What You’ll Be Doing- Build skills in data analytics, creating and maintaining models
- Analyse and simplify large, complex data sets
- Turn data into clear, actionable insights
- Support ad‑hoc analysis and process improvements
- Work on cross‑functional projects across the business
- Stay up to date with data trends and new tools
- Present insights to senior stakeholders
- Join the EVRi Emerging Talent Development Programme with mentoring
- Minimum 2:1 degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Maths, or similar
- Familiarity with Python, R or SQL
- Interest in visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills and a natural aptitude for numbers
- Confident communicator, able to build relationships and influence
- Curious, resilient and eager to learn
