In this role you will lead AI architecture across key presales engagements shaping solutions that demonstrate real business value for clients navigating complex technology landscapes. You will collaborate closely with SMEs across cloud service management, infrastructure, digital workplace and operations to design AI-enhanced offerings that improve experience, drive efficiency and remove operational friction. Working alongside delivery teams you’ll ensure alignment between proposed solutions and our AI and AIOps capabilities helping clients understand how best to adopt or adapt these technologies.

You will take ownership of bid deliverables, contribute creative solution thinking and be fully supported by a wider team dedicated to helping you succeed as a trusted AI advocate for CGI.

Key responsibilities include :

• Lead & Innovate : Shape AI-driven presales solutions across GTO influencing strategy and guiding clients on practical AI adoption.
• Develop & Deliver : Produce high-quality written responses, bid collateral and client presentations for major engagements.
• Collaborate & Align : Work closely with delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions align with CGI’s AI, AIOps and infrastructure capabilities.
• Advise & Articulate : Translate complex AI concepts into clear, accessible language for stakeholders at all levels.
• Optimise & Automate : Identify opportunities for service improvement, digital friction removal and operational gains using AI and automation.
• Engage & Influence : Build strong relationships with SMEs, architects and leadership to champion CGI’s AI proposition.

To succeed in this role you should bring strong presales or bid-focused experience, deep understanding of AI and AIOps concepts and the ability to design compelling practical solutions across cloud infrastructure and operational domains. You should also be confident working with diverse technical teams and able to communicate AI capabilities clearly to clients.

Essential qualifications include :

• Experience leading AI-focused presales bids or solutioning engagements
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, cloud, digital workplace or service management domains
• Knowledge of AI and AIOps technologies, tools and methodologies
• Ability to create, present and defend solution proposals
• Competence with open-source and monitoring / automation tools (e.g. Grafana, Python, Ansible, Postgre
  
  SQL, Kafka, Open Telemetry)
• Proven ability to translate complex AI concepts into client-friendly language
• Strong collaboration skills across multi-disciplinary teams
