LOCATIONS: Leeds and Halifax
HOURS: Full time, 35 hours per week
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites

About the Opportunity What you'll do
  • Support architectural strategy across platforms and products, aligned with tech and business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technology decisions drive strategic outcomes.
  • Assist in creating architectural documentation for governance and compliance.
  • Contribute to agile delivery with architectural insight from concept to implementation.
  • Research emerging technologies to inform design and foster innovation.
  • Participate in governance and change initiatives to uphold architectural standards.
  • Invest in your development and support a culture of learning and knowledge sharing.
What we’ll need
  • Enterprise Architecture experience with good working knowledge of architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman, etc.) and exposure to a range of modern technologies including some of the below:
  • Cloud platforms: GCP, AWS, Azure and hybrid hosting architectures
  • APIs, microservices, and modular applications
  • Data strategies: data lifecycle, ETL, data modelling, governance
  • Cybersecurity
  • Technology sustainability
  • Payments, digital transformation, retail banking
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across engineering, product, and business teams
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with tech trends
  • Willingness to drive process improvements and adopt best practices
