About the Position
Better Placed are delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing e-commerce retailer in their search for a CRM Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s passionate about data-driven marketing, personalisation, and delivering meaningful customer experiences.
ResponsibilitiesYou’ll take ownership of customer communications, shaping how audiences are engaged throughout their relationship with the brand. The focus is on building meaningful, timely interactions that strengthen loyalty, encourage repeat behaviour, and maximise long-term value.
You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering multi-touch email activity, from one-off sends to sophisticated lifecycle programmes. Every campaign should be rooted in insight, aligned with brand tone, and built to perform.
Day to day, you’ll manage the planning and rollout of CRM activity, collaborating with creative and content partners to turn ideas into high-impact customer journeys. You’ll monitor results closely, translating performance data into actionable improvements and smarter future campaigns.
Alongside campaign delivery, you’ll help advance automation capabilities, refine trigger-based messaging, and ensure customer data remains accurate, compliant, and fit for purpose. Staying ahead of evolving CRM tools, techniques, and trends will be key to continually raising the standard of customer communications.
What You’ll BringYou have extensive practical experience building, automating, and refining email programmes that support customers at every stage of their lifecycle. You’re comfortable working with complex workflows and know how to balance scale with relevance.
