Role Summary and Impact:
Reporting into the AV Senior Executive or Account Manager, the AV Account Executive supports the AV team in the day-to-day running of client campaigns. A willingness to learn and understand the principles of the TV market, and a basic understanding of cinema and the wider video landscape, is essential. You will be responsible for a range of tasks within the AV department, largely centered around administering and buying TV and VOD.

You will gain familiarity with AV tools through on-the-job and structured training.

Responsibilities
  • Accurate campaign setup and activation.
  • Preparation and sending of weekly TV spot times to clients.
  • Maintain best practice buying approach across accounts using the One AV approach; manage buying admin, ensure accuracy of numbers and reporting, and keep reconciliations and central tracker up to date.
  • Ensure accurate spends in TVP/DM.
  • Support response to briefs from the Planning Department.
  • Input on competitive analysis reports for clients.
  • Input into client PCA’s and client reports.
  • Adhere to financial procedures and SOX compliance for accounts.
  • Support the manager with ad hoc requests within the department.

  • Proficient use of PowerPoint and Excel is preferable.
