We’re looking for a Technical SEO Manager to join a leading digital agency to lead a talented team and take ownership of a portfolio of high-value client accounts. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role where you’ll be shaping strategies, mentoring an SEO Executive, and delivering results that really make a difference.

• Manage day‑to‑day technical SEO for a portfolio of clients, ensuring high‑quality delivery
• Lead audits, crawl and log file analysis, indexation fixes, internal linking, and competitor research
• Integrate UX insights and emerging technologies into SEO strategies
• Analyse large datasets and turn insights into actionable recommendations
• Present strategies, findings, and recommendations confidently to clients
• Mentor and guide an SEO Executive, contributing to training and best practice across the team
• Collaborate with Paid Search and Strategy teams to deliver integrated, incremental performance

• 3+ years’ experience in SEO, ideally within an agency environment
• Proven experience managing enterprise‑level clients and large budgets
• Expertise with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Search Console, and others
• Excellent analytical skills and confident working with large datasets
• Exceptional communication skills
