The RoleWe re looking for a motivated and tech savvy Talent Acquisition Specialist/Principals to join our team as part of an innovative service delivery model.
In this fast paced role, you will manage the full recruitment life cycle for mid level and niche positions. You will play a key role in identifying top talent while helping to deliver an efficient and engaging hiring experience. You will also work with latest recruitment technologies, automation tools, and data insights to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the candidate journey.
This role is ideal for a proactive and organized Talent Acquisition professional who enjoys managing end to end recruitment, balancing both sourcing and recruiting activities, and working toward ambitious goals in a high performing environment.
Key AccountabilitiesWhat you ll be doing:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for specialist (mid-level and niche) roles, from initial intake meetings with hiring managers to offer negotiation and onboarding. - Technology-Driven Recruitment:
Utilize and master a suite of modern recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), AI-powered sourcing tools, automated screening platforms, and data analytics dashboards to optimize workflow and increase productivity. - Sourcing:
Partner with the clients Talent Global Capability centres for always on and on demand sourcing, taking accountability to drive specific specialist sourcing activity within market. - Candidate Management:
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates efficiently and effectively. Maintain an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire process. - Stakeholder
Collaboration:
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, advising as a subject matter expert, providing regular updates, and manage expectations. Advise on market trends, sourcing strategies, and best practices. - Partner with the clients Talent Global Capability Centers: as a core part of the new service delivery model for sourcing, coordination and onboarding to enable a seamless process and an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Employer Branding:
Collaborate with Employer Brand and Experience to promote employer brand and attract top talent. - Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to a improve tasks within the recruitment workflow to focus on value-added activities. - Data-Driven Insights:
Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source-of-hire. Use data to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions for continuous improvement. - Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and recruitment trends.
- Apply your specialist recruitment expertise gained within Financial or Professional Services to support hiring for mid level and niche roles.
- Use your expertise in candidate sourcing strategies including direct search, Boolean search, web sourcing, networking, advertising, and database searching to identify and engage talent.
- Leverage your proficiency with modern recruitment technologies
, including Applicant Tracking Systems and other digital recruitment tools such as automated interview platforms and sourcing technologies. - Use your organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
- Apply your communication, stakeholder management & relationship building skills to develop strong partnerships with stakeholders and create positive interactions with candidates, both current and future.
- Apply your business fluency in English
