The RoleWe are looking to hire a Senior Recruitment Consultant, working in a 360 capacity in the Data or Technology market. This desk can focus on a niche such as Med Tech, Fin Tech, AI, Cyber, Data, or across the full tech vertical, depending on your interest and expertise we can explore what this would look like.
You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, developing new business while delivering high-quality candidates to existing and new clients. The desk comes with warm opportunities, giving you a strong platform to build and grow your market.
Your desk will specialise in contract, permanent recruitment, or a mix of both, depending on your experience and preference.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development through to placement
- Develop and grow new client relationships across the Data or Technology sector
- Build and maintain a strong candidate network within your market, Software Engineering, Cyber Security etc
- Manage client requirements for contract and/or permanent roles
- Deliver a high-quality recruitment service to both clients and candidates
- Proactively identify market opportunities and expand your desk
- Work collaboratively with experienced consultants across the Leeds office
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
- A background recruiting in Technology, Data, Software Engineering, or Cyber Security markets
- Strong business development and client relationship skills
- Experience placing contract or permanent roles (or both)
- A proactive, self-driven approach with strong commercial awareness
- The ability to manage and grow your own desk
