• Managing key parts of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing client relationships.
• Delivering an exceptional experience to both candidates and clients.
• Matching high-quality talent with the right roles.
• Supporting or leading on business development activity depending on your strengths.
• Using our industry leading tech tools and CRM to stay efficient and organised.

• Experience in recruitment.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, consultative approach.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset and ability to work at pace.
• Comfortable using recruitment systems and tech platforms.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to office location).
