HRIS Manager - SAP SF

Our client, a leader in the construction sector, is seeking an HRIS Manager specialising in SAP Success Factors (SF) to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis.

• Manage and oversee the implementation and maintenance of the SAP Success Factors HRIS platform
• Develop and execute a strategic plan for the HRIS systems to ensure they meet the needs of the organisation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and configure system features based on business requirements
• Provide technical support and problem resolution for SAP SF modules
• Train and support end-users to ensure effective utilisation of the HRIS
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimise functionality
• Ensure data integrity and security within the HRIS
• Stay updated with SAP SF developments and best practices to continually enhance system performance

• Extensive experience in managing SAP Success Factors HRIS systems
• Proficiency in system configuration, implementation, and maintenance
• Strong understanding of HR processes and how they are supported by SAP SF modules
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in HR or Information Technology
